Hi everyone~  I wanted to share a card with you that is great for sending the “great  vacation shots” off to friends or family (I know grandma & grandpa would love this)! This incorporates the picture with the card along with a protective sleeve so that the picture doesn’t get scratched in transit.

Creative Memories tools are pictured below.  They are:
·         12x12 mat and blades from the custom cutting system along with the smallest oval,
·         border maker system,
·         tape runner,
·         Precision point adhesive pen,
·         two pens (green and brown),
·         and the Cricut cartridge “Traveler”
·         cardstock in brown, green, cloud, deep blue, and royal blue. (The bright carnival blue came from Gina k. designs paper J
·         Oh I also used a little of the Tim Holtz distress ink in Broken China for the back row of waves.
·         Creative Memories has transparent memorabilia pockets that you can use to preserve the photo in transit.  Today I used a “transparent archival bag” from Recollections.

In pictures here's how it went together:

I left room on bottom left hand side for a sentiment and didn't go crazy with inking around edges so this card could be put together quickly.  Hope you enjoyed a little beachy summer card and look back in a couple of days for the 12x12 scrapbook layout!   I will try to make a video soon and start adding those to my blog too :-)  Until then have a wonderful sun-shinny day.  Laura
